Spring Forward

Spring Forward is Somerset’s County Youth Dance Platform open to any group or school to take part in. It is an opportunity for dance groups to perform on a professional stage and to watch each other perform.

Signposts

Signposts was a project funded by the NHS to research and develop dance activities across Somerset, using dance to help promote active lifestyles particularly in areas of deprivation.

Step Change

Step Change was a two-year dance and health project for Somerset that has touched the lives and lifestyles of over 1,900 people living in rural communities, residential homes, schools, special needs centres and the work place.
