Ralph Lister is the executive director, having joined the organisation in 1989. Previously he worked for theatre and participatory arts companies in London.
For several years he was chair of the NRTF (National Rural Touring Forum) and retains a role as its development director.
He was the first chair of the south west participatory arts network, has served on several boards and committees – GOG TIE Theatre Company, SW Artshare, ACE Social & Economic Impact Steering Groups
