Each year the U.Dance National Festival showcases a selection of the best youth dance groups from all over the country. But it’s not just about performance, the dancers take part in workshops and masterclasses with industry professionals, inspire each other with their love of dance and develop their understanding of the dance sector.
This is because U.Dance seeks to increase the number of performances involving young people and support those who organise them. It raises awareness of the events that take place right across the country. The framework aims to provide dance performance opportunities for every child and young person in the country.
