We believe everyone should have the chance to experience the arts, regardless of where they live. But we can't do it alone.

From our small office in South Petherton, we work with hundreds of partners to make all of this happen.
Take Art is unlike most arts organisations. We don't have one theatre, gallery or concert hall. Instead, our stage is Somerset itself.
For nearly forty years, we've travelled the length and breadth of the county, working with village halls, schools, artists, volunteers and community groups to bring high-quality arts experiences directly to people where they live.

Take Art is a brilliant organisation that supports us putting on music and performance shows at our village hall. We have seen top class artists right in our community enabling local people to experience shows they would otherwise be unable to see or have to travel a long way for. Really worthwhile organisation.
