- Put up some public notices at your hall about more rigorous hand washing
- Consider putting up some general public information about coronavirus symptoms etc, more info available at https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/
- Provide plenty of hand sanitiser (alcohol based) - I know this is currently unavailable in most shops but it can be ordered online
- Whilst we don’t wish to over-react, there is general event advice to consider putting a poster on the door on the night, suggesting people do not attend if they are feeling unwell (which is generally good advice anyway)
- If you are not part of a village hall committee, but hire a venue for your event, ask the booking secretary if they have done a risk assessment around coronavirus (which will probably already encompass some of the above suggestions)
- Ensure you have contact details of any ticket purchasers in case you need to contact them about cancellation and refund their money
- In the event of cancelling your event please speak to Take Art directly about the possibility of postponing the show until a future date
