Somerset Rural Touring Promoters, you are invited to join us for a glass of wine and a wood fired pizza, plus the chance to hear about all the fantastic new shows on offer next season, as we present our 2018/19 menu for you to choose from.

You will also get to share stories and good tips with other volunteer village promoters on how to market and manage shows in your village halls and venues. Plus as an extra bonus, we would love you to meet and chat to some of Take Art's friends from Hungary, Romania & Slovenia who are interested in setting up their own rural touring schemes.

Alongside we will also give you an important introduction to the new General Data Protection Regulations to learn how they might affect you as a promoter
