A Culturally Chard Spring Festival Event

Cultivate is delighted to be partnering with Somerset Art Works and Culturally Chard for a day of creativity and performances on Friday 28 April.

The Chard Spring Festival celebrates the past, present and future culture of this vibrant, diverse town. To celebrate the coming of Spring there will be activities and events from Thursday 27 April – Saturday 29 April at The Guildhall on Chard high street.

Creative Supper

Enjoy soup, music and creativity! Meet new people in the community and take part in a fun, creative workshop with Ukrainian theatre makers Bohdana Ushatenko and Nadiia Latsyba, followed by a very special performance!

Everyone welcome, particularly those from the Ukrainian, Polish, Portuguese, and Turkish communities. Soup is provided but please feel free to bring a dish from your heritage to share.

The Creative Supper event is FREE but please book your free place below.

In the morning of Friday 28 April there will be a display of artwork from the Water Histories project, including a short film and a family circus performance and workshop from Clementine Live Arts.
