Rainbow Fish Speak Easy

The Loveliest Spoken Word Poetry Night in Yeovil

For the broken and the brilliant (and all their friends)

The Rainbow Fish Speak Easy is back on Thursday 5 July at the Courtyard Cafe - a night of comedy, poetry and creative fun with a humble hat tip at the human condition.

Hosted by Performance Poet Liv Torc and starring the Grand High Bard of Exeter and the 2017 Glastonbury Festival Slam Champion - Jackie Juno!

There will also be an open mic for local and traveling poets and a short performance by the Word/Play group.

As part of the evening we will be launching three short podcasts made by the Word/Play group, commissioned by national Performance Poetry organisation Apples and Snakes, with a focus on poetry and mental health.

The Rainbow Fish Speak Easy has been launched as a community poetry event to give writers, thinkers and word lovers a place to meet, watch, applaud and share their poems.

Magic Hat for donations but basically you can watch for free and no one will mind.

Please email livtorc@yahoo.com to book a slot in the open mic
