Yeovil Together Community Event

Yeovil Together shares and celebrates culture, food and Yeovil’s diverse ethnic communities. This year Take Art's Cultivate project is bringing circus and poetry to the event.

Take Art is excited to be collaborating with Yeovil Together on Sunday, 3 July from 12-5pm at Yeovil Recreation Ground, (Mudford Rec), Yeovil, BA21 4AW. Join us for the day and immerse yourself in culture, food, music and community.  

Through our Cultivate Project we're bringing you the spectacular Pirate Taxi from Pirates of the Carabina, a circus story about migration. The show will be performed at 3.15pm, and while this is a free treat for the whole community donations are welcome and appreciated. 

Spoken word Poet, David Reakes from Tor Theatre will be collecting little snippets of treasures in the form of local food stories, which will be weaved into a celebratory poem.
