Take Art Autumn 2015 brochure out now!

07 September 2015

It’s a new season for Take Art in Somerset and our autumn brochure is hot off the press, making its way to mailing listers and various outlets across Somerset. Full of great rural touring shows, creative opportunities in theatre and dance, lots of stuff for schools and the latest news on all our exciting projects… take a look through the Issuu document below.

Coming up in Rural Touring

We have eight fantastic shows touring Somerset until the end of November 2015. Strong storytelling features heavily in theatre this season, kicking off with a rugby World Cup special, Hands Up For Jonny Wilkinson, plus we are thrilled to also have a tour of The Devil's Violin's latest show The Forbidden Door, and a wonderful solo show by Clod Ensemble, The Red Chair. If dance sets your heart a-flutter, you'll love Norwegian dance theatre company Panta Rei and Cornish company Cscape - and what's more you can bring a friend for free! Music from around the world will be on our doorsteps once more this season. Be sure to book early for musician-of-the-moment Namvula; enjoy an evening of va-va-voom from French singer/guitarist Flossie Malavialle, or step back to 1930s Parisian gypsy jazz with The Schmoozenbergs.

To book tickets for any of our shows please visit our What’s On pages or click on the show links above.
