As a not-for-profit charity, every contribution helps us bring more events like Chill on the Hill to life. Your support keeps the creativity flowing and the good vibes going. The information below outlines various ways to pay and what this includes.

EVENT ENTRY

We encourage a donation of at least ‘a pound a person’ for everyone who comes to Chill on the Hill. If you’re able to donate more, then we won’t refuse! You can donate online now and choose your amount.

This donation will enable you to enjoy the circus and theatre performances from FarmYard Circus, Tor Theatre, music from Sounds of the Streets, and much more. If you bring your own picnic, you can enjoy the day with nothing more to pay.

DROP IN ARTS & NATURE ACTIVITIES

Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to take part in ‘drop in’ activities. These will be available on a first-come-first-served basis, and we know that the artists running them would appreciate a small donation for bringing a smile to your face or keeping your children or parents occupied for a few minutes!

Please bring cash and/or a card on the day as there will plenty of opportunities to donate cash in the buckets or via card at the Donation Stations.

CHILDREN’S WORKSHOPS, ARTISTS & LOCAL FOOD

As mentioned above and in previous years, we will be running a morning workshops programme.  These will have limited places and often sell out before the event, so we encourage you to pay for them in advance. Workshop bookings will be made available soon. Keep your eye on the website for further info!

A key element of Chill on the Hill is to promote and support local food producers. We’re delighted to welcome even more to the event this year, including Bagnell Farm, Laura’s Kitchen, The Firehouse Pizza Rocket, The Lentilist and Utazo Spirits to name a few…

New to this year we will be introducing local artists and writers to the event, including Polly Gillow and Ben Pulletz, giving you the opportunity to think ahead on Christmas and Birthday presents!

Keep your eyes on our Take Art social media pages or our website for updates and what’s in store.

We can’t wait to welcome you to Chill on the Hill 2025!
