Take Art Rural Touring had a very successful spring season, welcoming wonderful artists and performance companies spanning music, theatre, circus and dance. Do follow Take Art on our social media to see some clips from our past year in a recent celebratory post. We have enjoyed increased audience numbers, reaching near pre-pandemic levels.
This is down to the hard work of our volunteer promoters who really are the heart of the scheme. These wonderful ‘movers and shakers’ in their communities have picked shows from our annual menu of acts, worked out how to stage the shows in their community venues, spread the word and sold tickets to facilitate wonderful nights of great art and joy.

We are collating show requests from our promoters at the moment, but we do have some circus performances from Collective Contakt with their acrobatic show, Foley. Do catch it in Watchet or Shepton Mallet in July!
