Taking extraordinary, family friendly circus to village communities across the South West this summer.

As part of our new Making & Believing project, we are looking for up to four Early Childhood Creative Practitioners to work on a freelance basis with us in Early Years settings across Somerset.

With huge thanks to Somerset County Council, we’re delighted to announce that we’ve been given funding for a brand-new dance project for people living with dementia, and their carers.

Take Art has been collaborating with our friends at Actiontrack Performance Company and working with young people across Somerset. #Focus5 is one of the referral agencies that we work with and they've been a brilliant connecting point for us to make contact with participants. Perform Europe will support experiments to make touring of performing arts works in Creative Europe countries more sustainable and inclusive. The ultimate goal of Perform Europe is to design a future support scheme for cross-border touring and digital distribution of the performing arts.

Every year, Small Size Days celebrate the wonder of arts and Early Years: bringing the very youngest children, their families and their educators together. Taking place from the 29th to the 31st January 2021, it will this year offer online performances, workshops and other activities for children from 0 to 6.
