We are now mid-tour of Get Over It!, touring to venues across Somerset. An interactive workshop and performance explores the stigma, prejudice and ignorance surrounding mental health that people encounter, particularly in the workplace and with their families.

Get Over It! is like a theatrical game in which a problem is acted out with no satisfactory resolution. The audience is then invited to suggest, and try out, alternative solutions that could lead to a better outcome. It is an extremely effective way of helping people to develop coping strategies for the tough issues they face in daily life. Directed by Mark Helyar, Get Over It! is performed by a cast of four actors, Karen Sheehan, Angela Laverick, Anna Groves and Duncan Taylor, who, between them, have considerable experience in this area of work.
