As part of this month's Spring Forward Dance Festival, Take Art are excited to be hosting U.Dance South West 2014 in partnership with Pavillion Dance South West, this week at the Tacchi Morris Arts Centre. The prestigious event will celebrate and showcase excellence in youth dance, in all forms and styles, from across the region.

The final performances will be judged by the U.Dance Panel and two lucky groups will go through to Youth Dance England’s National U.Dance 2014 platform, which will take place in Nottingham in June.

If you would like to support these groups and watch their inspiring performances, come along to U.Dance South West 2014 at Tacchi-Morris Arts Centre on Saturday 29th March at 6:30pm.

Celebrating it’s tenth year, the county youth dance platforms, Spring Forward, will also take place this week at the Tacchi Morris Arts Centre on Wednesday 26th, Thursday 27th and Friday 28th March from 7:30pm. Spring Forward is all about young people coming together to dance on a professional stage and to watch and be inspired by their peers. Don't miss this exciting opportunity to see performances from young dancers from across Somerset.
