Life Circles Creative Movement Training and Mentoring

19 December 2014

Life Circles is an innovative, imaginative and inspiring community dance project delivered by Core Dance, supporting the creativity of older people living in care settings. Through sessional activity, training and mentoring, the Life Circles project has enabled over 200 individuals in care settings in the South West to discover their creativity via physical participation in dance.

Life Circles Creative Movement Training

The Life Circles training course is not about teaching dance, but an exploration of how movement and dance can effectively engage with the individual as a whole person and improve their quality of life. With funding from South Somerset District Council we are now delivering a further Life Circles training programme open to care home staff and dance artists, practitioners and workshop leaders.
