To celebrate the tenth anniversary of Spring Forward – Somerset’s youth dance platform – Take Art has organised a spectacular month-long youth dance festival across the county at a range of venues.

In response to the current devastating flooding situation on the Somerset Levels and Moors, Take Art re-staged Shiona Morton’s play The Rain Has Voices, which toured the South West to great acclaim in 2006. All the money raised is supporting the Somerset Flood Relief Campaign.

Take Art are hosting this year's regional youth dance platform, U.Dance South West, in partnership with Pavillion Dance South West. We are delighted to announce the groups who have gained a place at this prestigious event.

As part of InspirED Somerset, Take Art and Spaeda are offering a range of creative training opportunities for those working in the early years sector in Somerset.
